Our Programmes
We bring experiential programmes, designed with a blend of different modalities, to organisations, groups and individuals of differing profiles and needs. The core of our programmes serve to create a safe environment for people to connect and converse, to explore and contemplate, and to imagine and act.
We have curated experiences for individuals, groups and organisations. These programmes are designed using different hands-on methodologies such as LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® which aim to connect people more effectively. In these safe, restful and light-hearted yet serious play environments, people are able to reflect, connect and experience in an authentic and meaningful way.

The experiences we design are
Multiple learning preferences, i.e. visual, auditory, tactile and kinesthetic are taken care through a range of different “toys” and methods curated to best meet needs and objectives, especially so after changes post COVID-19.
Hands-on and minds-on nature: “think with hands” during LEGO models’ building and “listen with eyes” during sharing of models’ meanings
Our methods promote faster communication and understanding, and also lead to fewer misunderstandings, and maximise tapping on collective wisdom.
It may be surprising how difficult it is for people to find safe spaces for expression and safe exploration which are ingredients of personal and organisational development. We make safe spaces more accessible through the way we do it, and where we bring our experiences to.
